Description
Chewy, golden almond flour bagels that are keto, low-carb, and sugar-free—ready in under 30 minutes with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 large eggs (divided)
1 ¾ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
½ tsp sea salt
Toppings: Everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, etc.
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together, stir until smooth.
3. Mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and one egg in a separate bowl.
4. Combine the two mixtures and knead into a dough.
5. Divide and shape into 6 bagels.
6. Brush tops with remaining egg, add toppings.
7. Bake for 20–23 minutes or air fry at 325°F for 12–14 minutes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freeze after baking, then toast before serving.
